Refund Policy

Eligibility
Refunds are available only if the project has not yet started or if agreed deliverables cannot be provided.
In-Progress Projects
Once a project is in progress, refunds are limited to the portion of work not yet completed.
Digital Products
Digital products, designs, or custom developments already delivered cannot be refunded.
Revisions
If you are dissatisfied with the work, we will make reasonable revisions according to the agreed proposal before considering a refund.
Request Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the issue.
